Workforce Management

Empowering organisations with tools such as reporting on time and attendance, competency management, carbon footprint and performance analytics. This ensures seamless coordination and productivity optimisation during the construction phase.

With a configurable live dashboard, the workforce management module gives full visibility over your operatives across a single or all sites.

Access restrictions can be implemented and automated, based upon site specifc logic, for example should an operative's safety critical credential expire, access to site will be denied for that individual. This data is also reportable, allowing for a pro-active management approach.

Online Induction &
Pre-Registration

Simplifying the onboarding process with a user-friendly online induction. Equipped with interactive onboarding materials, assessments, and documentation management, the software ensures compliance and accelerates the integration of new operatives into the workplace.

SITEGATE’s pre-enrolment configuration capabilities, allow businesses to create fully site-specific online inductions, configurable to each site’s bespoke requirements. Elements of the data capture can be made mandatory, to ensure operatives complete and understand presentations, watch videos, upload medical information, and answer tailored questions.

Delivery Management Software

Enhancing logistical operations, SITEGATE can coordinate delivery calendars and requests and can be built around site specific logic such as site opening times and availability of resources. An invitation is sent and returned with delivery details, for example what will be delivered to site and how they are travelling. This then feeds into the wider sustainability and carbon reporting as well allowing customers to report, receive updates and confirm delivery.

Wireless, and simple to install, our access control options can be easily deployed and set up on your site, providing security and data capture required.

The range includes

Cabins (various sizes) – Turnstile(s) with roller shutter and an Office area (for inductions, guards/gateman etc.)
Pods – Single Turnstiles, within a purpose built enclosure with roller shutter (for additional security)
Full Height turnstiles – single turnstiles, with built in base/plinth
Time and attendance boards – an intelligent alternative solution to a signing in sheet

Single Turnstile

Robust, 304 Grade Stainless Steel frame, the single turnstile will provide secure access control for construction sites (typically on entrance and/or exit).

Linked to the SITEGATE workforce management software, allowing those with the relevant permissions and credentials entrance onto site.
