A rigorous Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) is a vital obligation in fire safety legislation for all non-domestic/commercial buildings.
According to The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005, one of the main requirements is that the ‘responsible person’ must undertake a Fire Risk Assessment on the workplace/business premises.
