Bull Products, a manufacturer of life-saving fire protection equipment, has developed a fire strategy and provided a SiteProtect fire alarm system at the Cherry Park residential development project.
Located in Stratford City, nearby to Westfield Shopping Centre in London, Cherry Park covers 87,440 sq. m. The development will be one of London’s largest single-site Private Rented Sector (PRS) schemes, with project delivery expected post-2023. Cherry Park will feature over 1,200 new homes – including a suite of amenities such as a residents’ gym, swimming pool, workspace and high-quality public areas.
Bull Products have provided a project plan for fire safety for the construction of this project. It has also provided a SiteProtect fire alarm system for the entire site – though due to the scale of the project, the Bull Products team have interfaced multiple systems together. This resulted in Bull Products installing 381 smoke detectors and 189 call points on-site.
