Bull Products and Cygnus are delighted to have been shortlisted for a West Midlands Business of the Year Award. The companies have been shortlisted together in the ‘Fast Growth Business’ category and winners will be revealed at a high-profile awards evening on Thursday 22nd February at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham.

A Fantastic Year
Bull Products launched Green Bull in July 2023, creating a dedicated division to grow its sustainable business. Through Green Bull, we are the first company which is fully equipped to revive products and supply them for re-use to our customers when it is safe and practical to do so. Fire protection equipment, including fire extinguishers and trolleys, is refurbished (reusing the majority of the original components) to produce a finished product that can be re-supplied to customers in full working condition and almost as good as new. The disposal of safety products to landfill when construction on site is completed occurs too frequently and is a waste of resources, not to mention the added effects of carbon emissions through their disposal. Bull Products also launched its EN 54 certified, 100% wireless, SiteNet fire detection and alarm system this year. The Awards
The West Midlands Business of the Year awards celebrate the very best business successes from across the region. The shortlisted companies will be those that are innovating, disrupting and thriving - and want to showcase their achievements.
The judging process has so far seen the shortlisted companies be visited by members of the judging panel. The next stage is for all shortlisted companies to pitch to a panel and explain why they should win an award.
